Lymphadenosis benigna cutis as an eczematous chelitis

Abstract
|
|
|
Clinical features of lymphadenosis benigna cutis is not simple. They have shown wide variations in their cutaneous manifestation. We believe the case presented herein adds one more clinical variation of the disease.
The patient, a 45-year old woman, developed recurrent pruritic edematous, sometimes oozing, crusted lesions on the lower lip and then central upper lip including the philtrum. The histological pictures of lymphadenosis benigna cutis, well developed multiple lymphoid follicles in dermis, and eczematous epidermis.
